ReviewSnipe provides an AI-powered review management tool that helps businesses generate and approve replies to Google Reviews.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be the owner or authorized manager of the business using ReviewSnipe.

• You agree to comply with Google Business Profile API policies.

• You must approve AI-generated replies before they are posted.

4. API & OAuth Permissions

• By connecting your Google account, you grant ReviewSnipe permission to access and manage your reviews.

• You can revoke access at any time via Google Security Settings.

5. Limitations & Restrictions

You may not use ReviewSnipe to:

• Automate responses without approval.

• Violate Google’s API policies.

• Post misleading or inappropriate responses.

6. Fees & Payment (If Applicable)

• ReviewSnipe may offer free and paid plans.

• Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or Google API policies.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• ReviewSnipe is provided "as is" without warranties.

• We are not responsible for Google API restrictions or changes affecting our service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms, and continued use of ReviewSnipe signifies acceptance of changes.
